Our Story
Bombay Express was born from a passion for authentic Indian flavors and the desire to bring them to food lovers across Central Europe. Founded by PUNJABI FOOD GmbH, we've grown from our first location in Vienna to a beloved chain spanning Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
Our Indian chefs bring decades of experience and family recipes passed down through generations. We use only the freshest locally sourced ingredients combined with imported Indian spices to create dishes that are both authentic and approachable.
